I can attest to riviera and howe as being GHETTO. Sycamore lane is like paradise compared to there. I hope you're not paying too much for rent since it's right next to campus. Visit the old teahouse if you like chinese food (it's in the U-"mall")

Now if you would have said Oak Park (where I grew up) then I wouldn't be laughing. That place was and still is the main Ghetto of Sacramento.

Here's a tip, don't go to Albertsons from 4:30-7 unless you wanna wait 20 minutes to pay for your stuff. If you're in a rush, nugget is the best to not stand in line for like a 5-10% price increase.

In defense of Sacramento, I lived about 1/2 mile from notfred and didn't experience the same thing. My apt was pretty quiet and clean...I think that particular area had a few subsidized housing, which doesn't attract quality tenants. Now, I'm living in South Sac with my parents.

We should have a Davis meet...Fuji's next friday, anyone?
