I usually wake up with stiffness in my lower back if I stay in bed more than 6 - 7 hrs.

Just had my first night's sleep on my new latex mattress from mattresses.net and my back feels great this morning.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is the long term solution to my problem.
