What part of Dallas are you located in? My old company did the engineering/drafting for Verizon for their FIOS project in and around Dallas...Wylie, Garland, Richardson, Lewisville/Flower Mound should all be wired. I'm not really sure where else is wired for it, as we didn't do any of the other DFW areas.
We have it now for both our TV and internet...it rocks.

No it's not. It may be advertised on the site, but it's less than $55/month after taxes and everything for most of their markets.

Well, I've scouted out the areas in DFW where FIOS is available and my area is not included. Even worse, they said they're not setting up apartment complexes yet, even IN FIOS areas. :|
Damn you Verizon!!I have Cox and I'm paying $59.99 for 15/1. Not sure if I would trade it in for 9/9 since I don't do much uploading anymore. I also have the option of FIOS in my neighborhood but Verizon customers that I have complain they are down several times a month.

What are you going to use it on though? Most web sites are capped these days. I have a hard time utilizing my 6Mb connect on downloads.
