And I think it's pretty cool. The mix of music in the show was done quite well IMO. Somehow I just can't believe Ewan McGregor sang soooooo much in that movie :D After 110 mins in the show during the ending, his singing just gets a bit irritating coz he's been singing in the high pitch tone too much too long :p

Anyone seen it yet?

No.... but THANKS for getting that Lady Marmalade song back into my head! (GG smiles and gives Ugh a thumbs up) - (but was actually being sarcastic!) - (GG walks away in disgust as song continues to play in his head) :|

<< Nicole Kidman.......*drool* >>

I forgot how good she looked :D But my girlfriend and I notice some "odd" bout her nose though. Some odd "growth" right at the tip of her nose... Heh...

<< Thought the "Like a Virgin" scene was pretty funny. >>

Was it that one with the owner of Moulin Rouge singing with the baddie?

I also thought this movie was great fun - certainly more entertaining than most of the movie fare this summer. I thought Ewan made this movie though - his singing was refreshing and his charm was irresistable.

His singing was surprisingly good for an actor :D Loved the rendition of Elton John's Your Song, but it was a tad overplayed throughout the movie.. Heheh... AND... I'm surprised he actually looks quite good compared to Starwars Ep 1!

Moulin Rouge becme one of my favorites as soon as I saw it.

Nicole Kidman.......*drool*

Definitely;)

I loved the music the best - it was cool how they took tunes from the late 1900's and placed them in a movie set in the early 1900's. Kind of a neat effect, which was annoying at first but you got used to it.

Exactly. But somehow the song Lady Marmalade was kinda like overrated for being the movie's soundtrack since it was only played ONCE. And that was just like a 20-30 second thing.

Still thankful that I chose Moulin Rouge over Rush Hour 2 :D
