So I went to my promotion board today and got recommended for promotion to Sergeant. My points should be high enough and within a month or two I should be promoted. Yey for me.

It was a hell of an experience. You sit in a small room in your Class A's with 5 of the top ranking NCO's in your batallion and get grilled for 30 minutes on everything Army.

Soon to be sergeant in the 101st airborne. That'll be good for a future resume.

heh..making SGT is actually harder than making SSG. BNCOC is a breeze compared to PLDC.

Wow...I doubt I'll ever make Sergeant. It's only 2 ranks away, but I have at least 6 years + a bunch of courses I need to take first.
