I really hated my old job. I applied for the job as a Sales and Marketing Representative for HP, and I got it. I'm soooo happy :):D;).

AngelOfDeath,

Are you an actual employee of HP or are you working for another company that HP outsources Reps from?

I work for Marketsource Corp. and I am a Sales Representative for HP.

Regardless, good job on getting the job.

I used to work for HP in their Cupertino, CA building. Man, I hated that company. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

I hear that is a hard company to get into. So do we have to address you as Mr. AoD now? ;)

Congrats!

To get any kind of Engineer title at HP, it is required that you have a degree of some kind. At the minimum, a bachelors, but in what does not matter. It is not uncommon to see many Ph.Ds working there. My boss at HP was a Ph.D in computer science and a stinky french man as well. He had a way of clearing out conference rooms with his inverse positive aroma.
