I feel like I just won the lottery. My wife's first few paychecks (after 3 months of none on maternity leave) just rolled in. It's quite novel to pay the bills and have money left over. :p

You would be amazed at how many people fall victim to this scam.

One day it will outnumber of the number of Nigerian scam victims.

I must work at least 3 cases a day involving fraud like this.

I am constantly amazed that my parents DON'T fall for these sorts of scams. I think the only reason they don't is because my mom is so paranoid that anytime she sees an email address that she doesn't recognize, she deletes the email, empties it from her trash, closes eudora, and then opens it up again to make sure it didn't come back.

So day after day, this guy would pray to his lord above... "please God, help me win the lotto - I would be forever grateful". Even his wife got tired of it.

Apparently God got tired of it too... one day a firm voice from above finally responded, "Help me out - BUY A TICKET !"

It's a trick! They tell you to keep your winning information confidential, then they say to include your reference and batch numbers on all correspondence! I bet you don't get the money if you fall for that!

I was one of the lucky winners of the one they held three years ago. Due to a lot of bureaucratic wrangling I haven't got my money yet, but all I have to do is pay a few more $1,000 bribes and it's ALL MINE, BABY!

I have followed all instruction religiously! There has been no double claim! No unwarranted abuse! So suck it, MINISTERIAL VAN DE ECONOMIA SPAIN! I claimed!
