this thing rocks though. wow 1600x1200 resolution ... SSSSSOOOOOO much real estate while programming.

too bad I have a Macintosh hooked to it

lol good question

but our software is on windows and macintosh platforms, and some people's primary machines are macs and some are windows. i have a windows machine, but its not nearly as powerful as my mac since mac is my primary development machine.

and i guess since they just bought probably 20 of these they got a better deal from Dell than apple woulda given them heh.

That's nothing... everyone who gets a 20" LCD at my work automatically gets upgraded to two of them... We use all samsungs though.
