Breakfast is bad. You eat breakfast and it makes you more hungry during lunch time. If you skip breakfast your not really hungry at lunch and can skip the first 2 meals and just eat dinner.
actually its just the opposite, breakfast is what starts your metabolism and promotes fat burning. The key is a healthy breakfast
Did not work for me. I skip the first 2 meals and have been able to maintain 115-117lbs at 5'9.
If you weigh 115lbs at 5'9 you're too fvcking skinny.
According to American doctors? I grew up in a poor country where I was malnourished and lived in a orphanage and ended up not growing for over a year because of lack of food when I was around 4. I grew up eating little food and my body is accustomed to little food intake. So for me, 115 lbs is not to skinny. It is actually a little fat.
