Moving in w/ my girlfriend on May 25th. It's walking distance to work and school, acroos the street from the river, nice clean place, and the people we've met there have all been nice.

Braodband is available, and only 8 miles from the racetrack, too :)

Walking distance to work and school? Broadband is available, too? Geez, you've got it made, as far as I'm concerned.

The place my soon-to-be wife and I are moving to is close her work and school, but nowhere near my work. I'll have a 45-minute commute time. :(:( Ah, but it doesn't matter, I'll be coming home to my wife... :D:D

Good deal! Hope there's a safe place to park the 'Stang? What about working on the car there?

How's this for a deal:

-2 bdrm apartment (940 sq. ft)
-heat and water paid
-individual heat/air controls in each room
-sound proof walls/floors
-laundry facilities on each floor
-2 covered parking spaces for each apt.
-all appliances (dishwasher+garbage disp. included)
-clubhouse w/fireplace, lounge, and rec room
-pool
-sauna
-exercise facilities
-storage space
-picnic area
-8x5 balcony on each apt.

I got a second floor aparment reserved for next month for $470/month. Excellent area, 1/2 mile from work, and of course, the clincher: 2 blocks from the telco central office (whoohooo!!!! 1.5MB DSL!!!!!!)

Rent in Toledo is so cheap compared to most places. This is great! :)

Yeah, there's covered parking, not a garage, but better than under a tree where it is now. Still don't have anywhere to work on it, but at least I can wash it.

Actually, it's very similar to Fritzo's apartment, except take away one bedroom, and one covered parknig space. and then add $250 to the rent.

California is more expensive than ohio.

You're paying $470/per person? (I asusme 2 people) or is that for the whole apartment?

Next year I'm gonna be paying $432/mn for

4bedroom apartment (4 people obviously, so I guess its really like $1700 for the apartment)
-on campus
-washer/dryer included
-fridge included
-fully furnished
-all utlilities paid for (phone included)
-oh yeah, for those internet freaks, did i mention 100mbit switched ethernet? (1 port in each room + 1 in the living room)....hahaha :)
