I just got hired by the USGS, working on thier website and on some stuff for thier intranet :)
A friend of mine had also offered me a job, but everything regarding that kept getting delayed, so I just took the other job when it was offered to me The USGS job probably doesn't pay as much as the job with my friend would have, but it's a 10 minute walk, and the job with my friend would have been over an hour drive.

Anyway, I got a job :)

Yeah, I'll be doing some perl/cgi work there :)

It sounds like a pretty good job, I'm looking forward to it :)

I'd love a job like that, cept I stink at CGI, so I'd probably get fired pretty quick... :D

Will you be subcontracted, or a GS? Everyone in the gov wants to work for the USGS. :)
