and never received item (seller began to receive tons of negatives)

got my 34.90 back today, im a happy camper 🙂
 
I had 3600 dollars charged to my paypal account and I got all that money back also. I was extremely happy!

That's kinda strange - I just had $155 refunded by Paypal from a 6500+ seller..who is now no longer registered on eBay..hmm.
 
funny story with paypal... a friend of mine bought some shoes from a seller in italy. The shoes came, and were authentic.. he paid a lot less than retail for them. One day he's checking his e-mail and he has a notice from paypal saying money has been credited to his account in the amount of whatever he paid for those shoes.. something about an investigation being conducted by paypal. I guess the seller had a few sour deals and paypal decided to fvck him. He got NARUed on ebay and everything.
 
im glad you got your money back. unfortunately the same thing happened to me and they determined that it was the sellers fault but i never got a penny back.
