woohoo, first actual work i really do on my computer!

well, compared to 90% of you, its not much, but i felt proud. i put a 2nd hd in my computer tonite w/ the aid of my roomate, who, unlike me, knew mostly what he was doing. and other than a floppy drive not working, everything went well (helps if u reconnect the power cable:eek:)

oh well, nothing to most of you, but i was proud of myself and my non computer nerdiness self getting it back and working:)

hey, i'm only a pretend nerd - ask me medical things or things relating to audio and i'm good, but computers....i kinda stumble through it:)

he he last night, i switched 3 hds and nuked a win2k computer and reconfigured a linux box, ohh and i had hw to do and a final tomorrow to study for, and i did neither :---)





dam(its 11 pm, i think i shoul study soon, btw, i have an A incase youre wandering)

actually, mwilding, i've been cracking rc5 for many months now and have set it up on my roomates pc's and friends, so i guess i'm more geeky than i realize:)

btw, i do know at least a bit about software and the like, i'd just never attempted much hardware work

I never did get this statement-does it mean that everything is easy from here (since downhill is easier than uphill) or that he's reached a high point (an accomplished upgrade) and has nowhere to go but down? :)
