I've been pretty good about my new diet and training plan for the past couple months so every couple weeks I allow myself a cheat night where I eat whatever the hell I want. tonight's choice will be the Carl's Jr. 6-dollar burger 😀 plus it's apprentice night, and I gave a kickass presentation to 30 peeps at work today.
on top of that I get to fly a Cessna to San Diego tomorrow on what should be a beautiful day. my friend is bringing a camcorder so hopefully I'll have some video for you chumps.
