Woohoo! An early Christmas present from Comcast!

So within a 10 day span (12/07 to 12/17), Comcast here in the Twin Cities is adding 9 new HD channels. I say now that I probably won't watch a number of them, but I rarely watch anything that ISNT HD these days.

In response to DirecTV's new channels, we're finally getting:

Food HD
Universal HD
Discovery HD (since it just changed to Discovery HD Theater)
History HD
TLC HD
CNN HD
USA HD
SciFi HD (the big suprise)

Since we're stuck in our townhome lease for another 4 months, I'm holding off from upgrading to DirecTV until we move into our house, but at least this will make the time more bearable.

Any other Comcast HD subscribers seeing any new channels in their area??

They just turned on CNN, USA, and Food HD here in Michigan. Haven't noticed the others on your list, but I may have missed them.

We got some of those but the only good one i see is the national geograhic channel.
This is in Seattle.

Are any of these available on clear QAM, or are they all through cable box?

I still haven't received any of these new HD channels
