The Dream Cruise was soo much better in the mid '90s than it is now, IMO. Back then, it wasn't "small" but you could at least walk around and enjoy it. And there weren't booths set up every 10 feet trying to get you to buy a bunch of stupid shit.

Now, all of the disgusting commercialism (Dream Cruise Idol?? WTF), sellers of crap, ridiculous crowds, and overbearing police presence completely ruin it.

This.

On top of that you could actually get away with doing a burn out or two.
