Wood I play better with games like CS and Valorant if my table is closer to the ground?

Most of the player base in CS is in their 30's. It's very old game concept. My gf plays CS. She's way better than me tho

Ahhhh there you go, forget about desk height, you need bigger bewwwbs.
But seriously as long as you don't restrict your movement by some way it doesn't make any difference how you lay out your input, it just has to be good for you.

Also these games are all about knowing the strategy and having high level gear, being 0.0001 sec faster at pressing the mouse button is not going to make you kill somebody faster with your entry level 1hp pistol you are still going to need too many hits to kill someone.

Some acquaintance of my mom was 'Nam war vet who also was quite the porn consumer and asshole definitely loved his Call of Duty...this was back around 2006. He had some gaming rigs he needed repair but I wasn't able to fix it. One might have had a busted PSU.

I think the last videogame of any kind I played was either Solitaire or Minesweeper in whatever version of Windows they were included with. And that was in the 90s in an office between phone calls.

Since then I've routinely disabled or uninstalled any stock games.

BRB, gonna rearrange my hobbies to ones you deem more age appropriate. Should i buy some metal clubs and walk all over fields scratching my nuts and chasing balls all over the place? 🤣

You should switch to a bench and have your girlfriend help you from behind. You know like that scene in Ghost.

no.

if anything, the opposite. A good posture is where you are sitting up straight and your eyes see around 3/4 to the top of your monitor; hands relaxed at your side, table at your elbow height or just higher.

Also,
1. good mouse
2. mousemat
3. lower mousesens
4. stop sux

This 100%.... plus your chair needs to have its height properly adjusted so that your don't put any pressure on your wrist.

I replace the "teflon" pads on my gaming mouse every year or so and I also use an aluminum mouse-pad coated with a slightly textured version of the same material that I got from Best Buy of all places.

The one I have says "Rocketfish" on it but is otherwise identical... the rubber things are removable non-skid feet and the sides are different textures labeled "speed" and "control". (smooth or slightly textured)

You need to find a carpenter to build you a nice desk, but one that also happens to play CS professionally as well on the side. He will be able to come up with the most optimal design. You get him to build you a desk, and then sit in it, and play for you. Profit!
