Just got this e-mail from my ISP.
"We're doubling the capabilities of the fastest Internet
access available. Now, Mediacom Online is twice as fast,
with download speeds up to 3 megabits per second and
upstream speeds up to 256 kilobits per second. This upgrade
is automatic and will be effective February 1, 2004. All
you need to do is sit back and get the low down on the
fastest downloads around.
Please note that your service may be down for a few minutes
between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. from January 28, 2004 through
January 31, 2004 as we install this upgrade to the system."
Hope they live up to the claim!
