I could be wrong, but I think that I just got an incredible score for my video card. Here are my system specs:

1700+ T-Bred B running at 1700MHz (8.5x200)
1GB Corsair PC3200 RAM 2-3-3-6 (I'm going to have to lower this, but it's good for now)
Epox 8RDA+
PNY GF3 Ti200 at stock speeds w/ Detonator v40.72

I got 8120 3DMarks in 3DMark2001se build 330. Not too shabby if I do say so myself. If this T-Bred B will go any farther, I might get a little higher.

My results are here, if the link works.

BTW, I don't want to hear about how synthetic benchmarks don't matter, just tell me if my score is any good or not please. Don't burst my bubble.

nice score, but your cpu is taking over alot of your score. I was doing 9k+ last year when I got my g4 ti4400 using 1.4ghz athlon... now with a xp1800 and better drivers I get almost 11k

with as much gear as you have a $100 geforce4 ti4200 will get you up to around 12-14k nearly double your score

Did u run default benchie?
On my pc, GTS limits it. VGA will not produce higher score cuz of the cpu. it froze at 4500. Darn steam power!

Yep.

1024x768 @ 32bits
AA = None
Frame Buffer = Double
Texture Format = Compressed
Z-Buffer = 24 bit
D3D Pure Hardware T&L

Edit: BTW, I should also mention that I'm running on a 15k SCSI drive, but I don't think that matters much on 3DMark.

Not bad, I score about 7600 with my setup below. I guess the difference in score can be attributed to the chipset, fsb and memory (although I have the crucial at the fastest settings).

My Ti200 is clocked at 220/500.

Yeah, I think the motherboard probably does most of that. I've used 512MB of RAM before, and it didn't make much of a difference, so I don't think the extra RAM does anything, but the FSB does help for sure. If I could get my 1700+ up any higher, I'd be really happy.

I'm suprised your 1700+ only does 1.7, I've heard of some of them reaching 2.4 at 1.8V... thats one hell of an overclock, and with the high fsb memery speed should be slamming... one hell of a performance boost.

For comparison's sake, here's my rig with a GF3 vanilla in it, and my scores (gettin a 9700 pro next week, yay!):
Stock speed XP 1800+ (original core)
512mb samsung pc2100
Soyo kt333 Dragon Ultra Platinum
Visiontek GF3 vanilla stock w/ detonator 41.09

I got 7706 3dmarks with the same build. You got roughly 400 points higher, with a slower card. Although, actually, your mem timings are much higher then mine, your clock speed is 166mhz faster with a much higher fsb, and you have a faster mobo, you can probably get a tad higher even, although I could be completely off with that. You may be at the point where your vid card is the complete bottleneck in your rig.

I think you're right. I only got 400 points higher than you and I have the equivalent of a 2000+ and a 400MHz FSB.

Ouch. I'm going to try running it without Prime95 in the background tonight and see if I can get closer to 10,000. I also need to get my proc up higher. Jesus that's incredible.

3dmark03?

i have a p4 2.4 and an Asus Ti4600...i don't overclock, but still, why am i only getting 1750?

i will note though that the system performs beautifully in 1600*1200*32 with any game i throw at it.

10,100 looks like I outscored mostly on the nature test. I'm using 44.03's and dx9 MSI ti200@210/515
