wont shut down with win98se

help
all of a sudden my computer wont shut down when i tell it to it goes to a black screen then reboots
any sugestions

Have you looked on Windows UPdate? I believe there was a patch for this...

Run drwtsn32.exe and then check the drwtsn32.log & user.dmp to see what error you have.
