Won't let me flash BIOS.

1. are you absolutely sure of which motherboard you have? CPUID or Glarys Utilities can tell you what board you have.

2. I have the same board (rev 2.1) for my HTPC.

3. Try downloading it from a different location.
 
What method are you using to update? Qflash through boot menu with USB flash dive? Floppy disk? @BIOS within windows?

I had recent Gigabyte MB that would ONLY update using @BIOS within windows.

Make sure you have the model number and HW rev from the silkscreen on the board.
 
I got it now. I'm a total noob when it comes to flashing and didn't know you needed @bios. Sorry for the trouble.
