Wont even turn on

Ok so I put together this new motherboard today, set it up the way I like it, and got everything working. Later I was looking at the bios features and saw the feature to power up using a password on the keyboard. I set it to do that just to see how it would work and low and behold it won't power on now. I type the password and nothing happens. Should I clear the CMOS using the jumper, or pull the battery? I've had nothing but good luck with motherboards so far and have never had to clear cmos or do anything like that.
