Will the system bog down? the site probably wont get MUCH use, but it will. on a 50mb/5mb connection.

Or should I host my website elsewhere?
 
i would just test it out, to find out - i mean hey, if it works acceptably, cool, if not then time to fix things.

if you only have problems when that CS game server is at max capacity then of course, consider how often it will be like that.
 
testing, measuring, and tweaking are the only way to tell. You don't quantify the number of simultaneous ftp or mysql connections, size of the database, etc etc. Generally speaking, I think you need more RAM.
 
The CS server is all I'd really worry about, the rest will be more limited by your Internet connection than the machine.
