MSI has "poor" quality, same as Powercolor; but has "economic price".
You could try Visiontek, PNY or Leadtek
Or the "best" (compared in price/quality) Gainward CardExpert, it has "prime" 2D/3D quality
ASUS has good 3D quality but poor in 2D
Or the expensive one : Hercules and ELSA

Sorry, I forget about the driver!
All GeForce chipset uses NVidia drivers
12.41; 12.90; 14.10; 14.70; 21.83; 21.85 and 21.88 versions
Or if you use XP try 22.40; 22.50 or 22.80 versions
The official driver (on NVidia site) is 21.83 version
Find your best result by some experiences (by trial and error of course)
For XP users, do not forget to install NVidia W2K XP Refresh Rate Fix 2.0

You'd find these drivers in www.reactorcritical.com/download
(except NVidia W2K XP Refresh Rate Fix)
