Wondering if is possible to get your browser to read other countries languages.

I have an English browser IE5 and Netscape Communicator 4.72 but I was wondering if I could make it read websites that are in other languages eg Chinese, Arabic etc.
Is there a a function I have to change within the browser or do I have to download a program to do it.

IE5 supports it just go to windowsupdate.com (assuming you are running win98) and all the languages should be there
and if you download i think it is called the lang auto select when you go to a site it will automatically prompt you to download that language
