I just received a computer package (case, mobo, cpu, ram) from someone on the forums and everything worked except the video card... It won't work no matter what I do and it appears to be broken..
since it was broken when I received it's not my porblem , right?.. also is it fair to return the card to him and ask for a portion of the money from a package deal back.. the card goes for about $140+ on these forums.. but based on the deal I got from the package I'd take $100 for it...
