Wonder how I was able to go all winter without using the heat?

What ISP do you have that allows you to host web sites through their service?

I plead the fifth.

As minendo's counsel, I have advised him only to discuss the future. I repeat, he will not talk about the past.

Unless you seriously abuse it most ISP's will ignore it.

Ex-roommate ran the website for a non profit off of Comcast for several years, a Verizon DSL line (with 3rd party ISP), and now again on Comcast.

No issues with any of the ISPs.

Now if he got slashdotted I'd imagine they would care.

Reminds me of my living room: 5 servers 2 monitors, a router and a switch, I'll snap some pics when I clean things up a bit (did some hardware installs today and got a little lazy about putting everything away heh)

Agreed. The only thing I worry about is that I'm already on their "watch" list for DMCA violations.

Oh, and I probably used enough heat this winter for the both of us. My room mate likes to come home when its cold, turn on EMERGENCY heat, then sleep with the windows open. Utilities for the two of us averages $250 a month, his half he pays for by selling plasma LOL

$250/month? What size apt? We were in a 900 sq foot 2 bedroom place and only paid $150-160 for utilities.
