Hello and thanks for bidding on my item, the reason for my email is because I am getting phone calls from people offering more money for my items, are you interested in paying more???? Let me know,

Is there anything I can do, or basically am I screwed?

Here's the auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...2&item=6522074958&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

UPDATE 1:

I ended up sending this email back:
...I?m interested in paying what I fairly won the auction at. I would appreciate if you abided by eBay?s rules. I don?t mean to sound rude, but if you wanted to scalp you shouldn?t have put the tickets up on eBay....

UPDATE 2:

Hmm,

I got this back:

You are right, I'm sorry about that. I live on south beach, I can FEDEX the tickets, or would you like to meet in person so you pay me??

Let me know,
<name withheld>

Hey, maybe I should turn around and scalp them heh j/k

Think I should ask for them to pay for the Fedex?

Tell Ebay, this is a clear violation. They should do something, although it might not be much.

his loss. he should give you the tickets for what you won them for. Nobody is emailing him offering more, he is just saying that to get more money out of you.

he's probably a new seller and doesn't understand the ToS of eBay.
First point out to him that he's legally binded to sell it to you at that price. If he still doesn't do it, report his ass

tell ebay, he is in a legal binding agreement to send you the tickets. if he does not he is violating the rules and law. i know you may take legal action but prob not worth it over tickets so best you can do is forward to ebay and perhaps they may cose his account so he can't do it to someone else or sell his tickets to this 3rd party.

Demand that he sell you the tickets at a reduced price in exchange for you NOT reporting him ;)

Reply saying that what he is doing is against ebay's rules and that if he does not honor his contract with you then you will have no alternative but report him to ebay.

Yep. His ebay acct will be revoked if he doesn't cough up the tickets.

Binded? I like that this post has been "fixed" 3 times but no one pointed out this obvious grammatical error.

Did you already pay for the item? Why didn't these "other people" bid on the auction?
