Anyway, here's what 5'5" and about 150 looks like:

You look great. I don't think you need to lose any more either. moshquerade can put that chart in a dark place.

Those charts are nuts. When I was dieting I got down to 190 at 6 foot 3 and they said i should be < 185. Anything below 200 and I feel sick all the time, so I chose to ignore those stupid charts.

i'd say that is heavy.

http://www.1is2fat.com/weight_chart.htm

That chart is completely bogus. It's saying that at 5'10, 175 lbs is overweight? And 200 lbs is severely overweight?

Ridiculous. When I was 185 lbs, I was 12% bodyfat.

Why do guys get bent out of shape over the chart? It is a chart for 'normal' non athletic type of people. The guys that are office bound and don't do exercise or only exercise once a week. It isn't for the guys that train 3-5-10x a week!

I've gotten up to 195lbs @ 5"10 and had visible abs. Not that is the be all and end all of 'health'. You know your not fat no matter what you way and your relatively lean (sub 15% bf).

The girl could look very different. Height and weight are very poor indicators of what she'll end up looking like. BF% for a girl is also very different and hard to gauge properly also.

QFT. It's all in where you're carrying the weight. I think my wife was in her prime when she was ~140lbs @ 5'6" (after the 2nd kid.) When we met she was ~110lbs, which I enjoyed at the time, but experience has taught me much. :D

5'5 @ 150lb is fine esp if the person isn't being fake about themselves and doesnt have emotional baggage.

i think that sounds just about perfect to me.. a little skinnier or bigger would be fine, but 5'5/150 sounds good.. i really wouldn't want to date a stick.. i'd get mad and just snap her in half over my knee like baseball players do after they strike out

My gf is like 5'6" and 130lbs and plays a college sport. I'd say she is thin and she wears a size 10 (but her jeans are way too big, should probably wear a 6). So 5'5" 150lbs wouldn't be too bad if she had big tits and was a bit more muscular than my gf.

EDIT:

I forgot to warn you about the hair. Just igorne it. It was a mishap that I haven't yet fixed. So just pretend that you didn't see it at all. Shhhhhhhh!

good for you :)

OP. fat percentage is a big factor too. I can find a normal looking girl that has those dimension that weighs 150, and I can find a rotund girl with the same dimensions. the difference is fat.

Thank you. :) I have no idea what my body fat percentage is, but after losing that much weight I definitely need to tone. I do, however, have more muscle than I have in years. (I think, anyway.)

And yeah, you can come out now. Tim's at work. :p lol

Yes, that's heavy. My wife is 5'4" and 125lbs, she's a runner with probably 17-18% body fat and fairly muscular legs though.

I'm sorry, but you don't have a clue what you are talking about.. or you are too used to Americans getting fatter...

My wife is about 5'6-5'7 and she tops at 140... She is NOT toothpick thin whatsoever... she exercises about 4 times a week though... She is normal for her height... What SHOULD be normal.. not what has BECOME normal in America.
