Women who model for playboy

Aimster

Lifer
My friend's friend does it and she makes like $2,000 a magazine. Sometimes a little more. She even made cover for one of their issues (no not the main one).
I would have expected them to make like $5,000-10,000.

So I take it the money is in the sex movies and not the porn pictures.

How much do people who make sex films make per film?

I've heard on Howard Stern of some girls making about $450 a scene for porn.

Also, there is money in the Playboy pictures, but you have to be one of main girls for the year to get anything.

So, what is she in, High Society, Swank, Hustler?

The typical labor rate for adult films is $500/day. Note: not $500/scene.

You'd be amazed how many naive first-time girls get suckered into a looooooooooong day's work.

To make real money in the porn industries, you have to be a stripper and a escort. Whoring yourself is the only way to make money as a movie scene only pays around $200 to $500 unless you're a big name star with a 6 figure contract.

When I produce films I pay $50 for the talent!

WTF! you liar! you only paid me $20! and i had to buy my own condoms!

Gay porn doesn't pay as much.

From what I hear if you are a bottom, you make more... much more.

Is that what you hear when it's whispered into your ear from behind?

We're talking about women in playboy....why do you have to try to change the topic to gay porn?

Women model for playboy for its prestige, and that they've always dreamed of being in the magazine. Not necessarily for the $$$

What abou the girls on "The Girls Next Door". Surely they make a killing.

They blow all their cash on hair bleach and huge boxes of stupid.

Why buy more stupid when they already have a plethora?

That is a pretty stupid thing to do, isn't it?

And I think that just answers your question. 😉

From Wikipedia:

A Playmate is a female model featured in Playboy magazine. The centerfold/gatefold Miss month is known as Playmate of the Month (or PMOM). The PMOM's pictorial includes nude photographs and a centerfold poster, as well as a short biography and the "Playmate Data Sheet", which lists her birthdate, measurements, turn-ons, and turn-offs. At the end of the year, one of the twelve Playmates of the Month is named Playmate of the Year (PMOY). Playmates of the Month are paid $25,000 USD and the Playmate of the Year receives an additional $100,000 USD plus a car. In addition, Anniversary Playmates are usually chosen to celebrate a milestone year of the magazine. As of September 2006, 635 women have been Playmates of the Month.

Playboy encourages potential Playmates to send photos with the "Girl next door" appeal for consideration; others may submit photos of Playmate candidates, and are eligible for a $2,500 USD finder's fee if their model is selected. Also, "Casting calls" are held regularly in major U.S. cities to offer opportunities for women to test for Playboy. The Playboy photographers and Hugh Hefner then select which models become Playmates. The Playmate of the Year is chosen personally by Hugh Hefner, taking into account an annual readers' poll.
