Ever notice that if women play with each others hair...comb pet etc. theres "nothing" to it but if men were to do that its gay....how come women dont see that as kind of lesbian??

Seriously, because that behavior is typically thought of as feminine. Men expressing that behavior are therefore thought to be a little too feminine.
 
just like a guy can "itch" his package cause it's sticking to his leg or something, but if a chick itches down there it's looked down on.
