Their defense is internet website operators cant be sued for what their members post.

Honestly this case can set some pretty bad precedents regarding speech online, but people need to be held accountable, and the website operator in this case is one of them that needs to be held accountable. Shes made millions off of destroying mens reputations, most of it with false allegations from bitter bitches, she should suffer because her site encourages the postings.

Everyone's entire medical records should be public then. I don't want my kids associating with anyone who has something which could potentially be spread through the air or through a bodily fluid.

Ohhh get real you publish a list like that and someone has a grudge against you or you piss someone off. So they look up your name and see you had the clap 20 years ago. They start telling everyone they and putting ads in the paper or posting it all over the net. Harrasing you at home or kids start teasing your child or any number of things.

There are two ways to prevent STD's. Use pron and your hand or wear a condom. If you can't take the time to put on a condom then you deserve to have your nuts fall into the toilet when you unzip to piss. If you don't use a condom then you have no self respect or the partner you might marry in the future. Think about it a few seconds of gratification now for years of pain or death.
