It's a fake. This same woman has been in a number of other videos 'exploding' the same way, at different locations. I think it's a scam the places are pulling to get pageviews on viral advertising.

Sorry, this is just the country where I pay taxes. I wish some more of that money went to furthering the national issue of mental health.

But I'm happy to put mental health into foreign aid if that's what you're suggesting. Love that idea.
