on my way home on I55 (chicago) ... this lady infront of me was trying to merge while putting on make-up and side swipes a truck and ends up in the median ..... we were doing only 40mph ..... she gets out and starts crying and calls somebody on the cell phone and stays on the call the call for 15 mins talking to her (spouse) till the cops get there .... backing up the traffic .... the guy with the truck offers to give her the info and get going but she is in a state of hystria and would not move her car .... cops come ... give her a citation ....she is pissed since she did not see the truck ... I was to get to my son's PTA meeting AAAAHHHHHHHHHH

cliff notes
*female hits a truck
* wont admit to her mistake

* me late 45 mins

It is truly an indication of the pathetic state of affairs of today's youth when an author must supply cliff notes for a one paragraph anecdote.

And back on topic, I hate to stereotype, but what you have witnessed is by no means an isolated incident. Women drivers are by far and large innefectual. That doesn't mean all women are bad drivers; I think my gf is pretty good and she can parallel park better than I can, and there are of course women who can school me with their driving skills. However, the vast majority seem to have little or no cocnept of how to properly drive a car.

I agree about the women (the first I'd like to, but I need cliffs too). In some men (unfortunately not enough of them) driving properly is a virtue that one can be proud of. However, women don't care. Also, men are more coordinated (it's a fact, so piss off feminists), and possess better hand-eye coordination. Couple this with the flighty fickleness of your average female and you've got a bad driver.

Now, I say the above partly in jest, and partly with total seriousness, so it's up to the reader to decide which is which .🙂

So you missed the PTA meeting and now you had to make something up for your wife? And to make it REAL authentic you posted it on ATOT?

skoorb ..... I bow to thee ...... say hello MRs Skoorb and the little princess ...... dude just watch 'em grow .... mine turned 7 this year , but I still view him as the little bundle of joy I got back from the hospital 🙂

Watch a guy reading a paperbox book once while in the left lane of a four-lane interstate highway doing 15 MPH under the limit in a county notorious for speeders doing 15 over the limit. He was just waiting for someone to run into his rearend. 🙂

why do women always insist on calling a parent/boyfriend/spouse right after they get in an accident? I don't think Ive ever heard of a woman calling the police after hitting/being hit by someone else.
