i just overheard this coworker of mine talking about her shoes. apparantly she has over 100 pairs of shoes. she has her walk-in closet full of her shoe boxes. i find this just absurd! its not like she's making a lot of money to be able to comfortably afford all those shoes. im not rippin on her, i just find this silly. i have 4 pairs of shoes and i dont need another one until one wears out.

oh and she is going to buy another pair today.

oh...and this is anothe useless thread 😛

As is your average computer geeks need to upgrade his entire computer every 3-6 months to get an extra 8% of performance that you could never really tell the difference of without the help of a benchmark program.

yea. thank goodness my girlfriend isnt like that and drain my wallet with her shooping frenzies. i really feel sorry for the SO of this coworker of mine

Women need shoes that match the EXACT shade of the outfit they are wearing. Boots. Pumps. Flats. Sandals. My wife is very conservative in her shoe collection, and she still goes crazy when we need to dress up and go out, spending days looking for the right pair to complete the outfit.

Men don't have to color coordinate their shoes with their outfits. Brown or black, pretty much will cover anything. Maybe need slightly dressier black for a tux or something. Anything more you are probably metrosexual. (I used that term just to annoy folks who hate it, including myself).


 
oh, i was just talkin to her....and i asked her how often does she wear all her shoes. she told me 2 - 3 times. i thought only celebrities could afford that. wow! and then she was telling me how the other day she was going out and wanted to find this one pair that matched her outfit...it took her over 1 hr to find that pair!!!

Let's see ... I have 2 pairs of slippers, 2 pairs of casual boots (3 if you count another that I never wear), 2 pairs of dress shoes, and a pair of tennis shoes. That's about all I'll ever need.

100 pairs is just ridiculous.
 
Men have fewer shoes but very often they pay a lot more for them.Women who collect shoes like that usually do places like Payless.
