I'd sell the Viper and keep the Sky ;)

As much as I think the Viper is a sweet car, I think I'd do the same.

The cost of gas on those things must be ridiculous.

according to dodge the viper gets 20hwy 12 city

A V10 8 liter engine gets that good of gas milage?

As long as one doesn't drive with an extreme case of lead foot, I don't see why not.

A House for $150K, lol

You've been stuck in the overpriced East coast area for too long. $150K is enough to buy at least a decent house in lots of places in the US.

More like "the overpriced north east".

The rest of the eastern US is quite affordable.

Yea, if you want to live in the middle of nowhere.

um wrong.. you can buy a VERY nice suburbian house for that here in texas..

Actually, you're right. Real estate in Texas is cheap. But Im still skeptical as to what the communities are like.

Yeah..cause whores walk the street in broad daylight, drug deals go down at the school bus stop, drive-by shootings are a weekly occurrence.....

:D

What's the tax percent they have to pay?

i am not a tax guy, but i would say it is taxed like normal income

so if she normally makes say, $50,000, she is going to have to add $150,000 more income this year, so she'll have $200,000 gross income

no refund for her!
