Yes, that is true, but she isn't going to use any money she gets from gofundme for an actual lawsuit because the lawyers that she's talked to have already told her she doesn't have one. And when I say that, I mean there is literally no legal theory which could possibly apply here and even the dumbest lawyer wouldn't have told her otherwise.

All of which means she very likely intends to pocket the money. She was jealous of the barista getting gofundme money and now she wants some for herself.
