Crazy person wants 50K for, well.......................
reasons.

The video says she going to sue him for it.
Someone else set up the account for this barista so I don't understand, why any
lawyer would take this case. But you know the US is a sue-happy country.

Here's one of the original articles from last month.

I can stop laughing at...

"
Gilles says she has medical problems. She also says masks are not effective.

“I get shortness of breath, dizziness and it messes with the heartbeat,” she said. “And I do have asthma as well, and I do get ‘maskne’ (mask acne), so there’s several things going on. And not only that, it doesn’t even work.”

She shared two pieces of paperwork to show what she calls a medical exemption. A 2015 report she shared shows analysis of her uterus and an ovarian cyst. Gilles says she also has a handwritten note from a chiropractor that says she has “underlying health conditions that prevent her from wearing a mask.”

Even if all of that is can still refuse to serve her for not wearing a mask. The direct threat provision of the ADA basically says she can go screw herself.

Sometimes I think it must be kind of pleasant to be crazy. Every wild thought that comes into your head becomes reality.
If I ever go completely over the edge I'm going to be cruising the Millennium Falcon with Han Solo.

I suggest she write a letter to Donald Trump asking him to finance her lawsuit that seems to support his notion that no one needs to wear masks and see how far she gets with him.

She doesn't have any sort of lawsuit here, but I suspect she knows that. This is the point of it:

Gilles says the lawyers she has spoken to about taking her case are expensive and she cannot afford one yet, so she has started her own GoFundMe to raise money for herself.

If she really spoke to any lawyer, she would have been given an unqualified "no." So she already knows she can't hire one...

An example, I would think, of the dangerous tendency of self pity turning into entitlement. Such victims create what they fear. The need for acceptance creates social rejection. Like Trump she dug her own grave.

I do love that she is playing the victim after she is the one who posted the video and his name online. Unfortunately is too late to keep her from breeding.

maybe she should set up her own gofundme to get support for her self-inflicted problems?

oh wait...crazy conservative assholes never take responsibility for any of the bullshit they try to pull.

She sounds like a kid trying to get out of sports at school!

Little Jimmy says he has medical problems. He also says sports are stupid.

“I get shortness of breath, dizziness and it messes with my tummy,” he said. “And I do have asthma as well, and I do get slapped with a wet towel in the changing room, so there’s several things going on. And not only that, I don't even get picked for any teams.”

He shared two pieces of paperwork to show what he calls a medical exemption. A 2015 handwritten report he shared shows analysis of his stomach ache and a runny bottom. Little Jimmy says he also has a handwritten note from his mum that says he has “underlying health conditions that prevent him from playing sports and says that he should be allowed to play Xbox or watch Netflix instead."

I don't think you need a lawyer to file a lawsuit. And plus, a lawyer likely knows this isn't gonna go anywhere but they can make money from a fucking moron while doing bare minimum. Could also be a piece of shit that has same opinions as her (anti-mask).

Lawyers could also look at it as a big waste of time & demand payment up front plus extra.

This has my side hurting from laughing so much. She has a note from a chiropractor. I have no issues with them, but really, a chiropractor. Not sure I would use one for an excuse for an actual issue I was seeing one for.

She can hire one. But out of her own pocket, not contingency.
