I heard that on the news last night, or maybe it was this morning. Non of the Erie TV stations have anything on their websites about it.

In the news report, they said the baby was in critical condition.

Imagine:
Boyfriend whacks baby in anger.
Mother and Boyfriend panic.
Boyfriend convinces Mother to take the blame. Maybe Mother thinks the court will be more lenient on her than on the Boyfriend.

Either way, this is effed up. Hope the kid comes out alright.

Whaddaya know, that's front page news on the local paper here. I do not know this particular person, nor do I wish to.

Local news at 6 said baby was in intensive care but stable, but in a drug induced coma, with head trauma & possable brain damage.

Mother was holding the baby by the legs & swung him at her BF/husband. BF/husband then slugged her in the face. She had a hell of a blackeye in her photo.

God bless that little baby. I hope it survives and lives a normal, healthy life under the care of parents that will take care of him. This is very sad. No matter what punishment the DA throws at this woman, it won't help the baby's odds of having a normal life again.
