Going by that image, it appears the woman was a VERY large 300 pound woman. People wear their weight differently. Just going by the image I would say the woman LOOKS (as in body size) to weigh 400. There is also the possibility that the coffin ordered was wider than the minimum required, also causing problems. Finally, the crematorium could be a very old one which was never designed for larger people.
