Woman swallows a roach, then a fork!

An Israeli woman swallowed a cockroach and right after it, down went a fork she used to try to fish the critter out of her throat.

hope its not a repost, i did a search on every conceivable string that i thought could match it. thought it was pretty odd myself, expecially using a fork to try to fish an object out of your throat with.
