One wonders if a continuance filed by the Defendant would end the case... Chances are the Plaintiff (and any of her spawn, broodlings, or offspring) would be killed in an airport, walking down the middle of a highway, at a zoo, by a toaster, or at the base of a very tall building before the next Court hearing. 🙂

Yah sure bud. Of course this trial will never see the light of day and no one will pay anyone,but.. Bush and his regime will still use it to bang the "trial lawyer" drum.

Yep,trial Lawyers are a terrible thing until Supermouths like Rush Limbaugh and Bill O'Reilly need one, then their worth their weight in GOLD.

Anyone else notice that the incident happend almost a year ago?

She probably just has a load of credit card debt and needs to sue some one to get it paid off.

The only logical course of action in this situation is for the plaintiff to be bashed over the back of the head with a pipewrench, rolled up into an old carpet and thrown off a bridge.

i like how they list her address, someone who lives locally should go over there, ring the doorbell and then take a pic of her.

he Jan. 6 incident should have left her with a broken neck, a severed head and death, according to the suit.

Pity.

Fixed your post...

Come to think of it, I hate it when hundreds of tons of screeching metal on metal, sneak up behind me

Its like that scene in Naked gun, the train hiding behind a rock waiting for them to come out.

I'd like to see the engineer sue her for emotional distress for failing to warn them that she would be on their tracks.

I think they should charge 10% of what you are asking for to file a lawsuit, If you lose you gotta pay it, If you win you don't. Which means you better have a damn good case.
