Woman rapes man!

My bet is he was drunk and willingly got it on with said attacker. The caveat being that the guy has a SO, so he is claiming rape as a defense for his infidelity...

The other man present at the scene, who lives in the flat, reportedly took photos of the attack. He also has been charged with being an accessory to a rape.

that's probably the best part of the whole story.

actually if you read the article it says:

"This isn't about sexual intercourse in its usual sense, but about sexual relations that are punishable along the the same lines as rape because the man was sleeping," prosecutor Jannicke Floeystad of the Hordaland Police District told newspaper Bergens Tidende.

the same as if a dude had sex with a sleeping woman without her consent, BAM, it's rape (and rightfully so). apparently the same applies to women humping on sleeping men.

I did read the article... I was just making an uneducated assumption.

Unless you can provide more details than what the article has provided, then I'll stand by my original post...

The other thing is, they don't say whether he was asleep the whole time or not. How'd they know the room mate was taking pictures if he didn't wake up? Unless the dummy showed them to him in the morning.

I like this article from the same paper. For some reason I cracked up when I saw the women's name at the end of the article.
