I had a feeling it was going to be a woman from a poor asian country, other that or one from the old soviet bloc

I believe the real situation here is the child is born with a penis "tucked" inside his body, thus being born with the appearance of being female. I'm pretty certain this has happened before, and all of the victims sooner or later move to the same town in Mexico.

Many hermaphrodites looks like females when they're younger, but "turn" into males later on, and hermaphroditism happens at a higher frequency in South East Asia (can't remember the source though).

This is probably legit . . i don't remember the exact details but we had a lecture on hormones and development last semester. The thing I really got out of it were that there is a hormonal disorder that causes hermaphrodites who appear to be female to grow a penis at puberty
