Police said the woman also alleged she complained to Cosby about having stress and tension, and he gave her some pills that made her dizzy.

According to a police report, the woman said her memory is poor from that night but she does recall Cosby allegedly touching her breast and placing her hand on his genitals.

The alleged victim claimed she awoke about 4 a.m. with her clothing in disarray and bra undone. She allegedly drove herself home.

Well, I never thought Kirby Puckett would be the type of person that would do the type of things that he did.....but, Cosby is at the top of the list of people who I wouldn't expect this from.

The woman admits she doesn't really remember what happened, and it was a year ago. I don't think anything serious will come out of this.

It seems suspicious to me that the lawyer admits that at most what took place was inappropriate touching. Once such possibility is accepted, it is hard for me to dismiss the case as just plain extortion. I do doubt that sexual assault took place, but I do think that there was some sexual contact that could be interpreted as sexual harassment. For someone who's been involved in an extramarital affair before, it is hard to automatically dismiss this kind of allegation.

Yes, what is this Chewbacca Defense? Is it a, "Look at this woman. She is no where near good-looking enough for my client to have drugged and groped her," kind of deal?

Apperently all allegations end up with a placing of the hand on the genitals. Or maybe he placed his genitals in her hand
