A WOMAN has been charged with recklessly driving a state government car into a Kalgoorlie brothel, allegedly after being refused a tour of the sex business.

The 51-year-old woman, from the northern Perth suburb of Yokine, is accused of driving her work car into the Questa Casa brothel on Kalgoorlie's famous red light strip on Saturday.

Police allege the woman was refused entry to the brothel that day but was invited to return the following day for a tour.

The woman allegedly returned to the car and accelerated for more than 70m before crashing into the brothel causing extensive damage.

She will appear in Kalgoorlie Magistrates Court today.

A few of my mates work in Kal, albeit not in the brothels as far as i'm aware 😉
