Definitely, but does he have any assets? Assuming that he isn't already judgment proof now, he probably will be by the time he's done paying for his legal defense.

Wow, just wow. They should have electrocuted or at least castrated him when he was 15.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Todd_Kohlhepp

While living with his father in Arizona in 1986, Kohlhepp kidnapped a fourteen-year-old girl in Tempe on November 25. He threatened her with a .22-caliber revolver, brought her back to his home, tied her up, taped her mouth shut, and raped her. Afterwards, he walked her home and threatened to kill her younger siblings if she told anyone what happened.

If you have a gun, they just let you do it.

Besides, he'll serve his time, justice has been served and we must allow him to reenter society, so long as he promises to not do any more bad things. If he does, he'll be sentenced to another stint in prison.

Should lock him in the container and leave it sitting in the desert preferably with a few hundred angry bees with him.

There really needs to be some sort of lifelong Mo monitoring for these sex offenders. It boggles the mind that with his history he was basically allowed to roam unwatched and commit so many murders without being caught.

You would think that the first person police officers would check on when people go missing or bodies appear mysteriously would be the sex offender living out the farm with large locked shipping containers .
