If it's your house and the mortgage is in your name, leaving is moronic.

true.

But hitting her is even more moronic. go into another room and call the cops. he just made a bad situation 10x worse. well for him anyway she is set.

if you can't control your temper, leaving is the only smart thing to do. hitting your wife on camera is moronic.
Controlling your temper and staying in your own house is the smartest thing to do.
Calling the cops is even smarter than the "leaving" that you suggest.

This is how stupid people lose their houses. They just getup and move out, the judge sees it as voluntarily forfeiting the house, regardless of who owns the title.

Man, that house is filthy.

That's not what he meant.

By leave.. I think he means that asshole should take a break.
If by leave, he meant "leave that room", I agree with that sentiment. It's certainly better than starting fights which is something only teenagers do in high school. "Real" adults don't do physical fights.

If by leave he meant "pack up and leave the house", then absolutely not.

Viral marketing by MS to boost X-Box sales?

I think not.

lol i can see the tag line "buy your husband a X-box! if you don't he will beat you for it!"

i have issues with him still doing it knowing he is being taped. He also gets the camera. So why did he leave the tape? it makes it look fake.

It's possible she faught him and got it. Or it was streaming, or he thought he deleted it and didn't.

btw the guy throws a terrible punch.

After watching the video a second time:
The woman in this vid is probably the one that owns the house since the guy never disputed it.
The man owns the TV, PlayStation, and other stupid toys.

Yes, the guy in this video clearly needs to pack up and leave since it's her house.

Yeah fuck that dude.

Hard to tell, but she looked like she might be kinda cute. Women piss me off though. She'd probably never date a nice guy like me, but she'll put up with that shit for years.

I admit that stuck in my mind to. But then I wonder WTF is the point of the video then?

I haven't seen it yet, but look at how much infamy some of the latest videos have received. The judge "punishing" his daughter or the Texan shooting the laptop both garnered a ton of press. Maybe they're sick enough to try and use it as some weird ploy for attention.

I'm not sure which would be sicker. :|

I don't think any of those people did it to gain a ton of presses.

This is fake, or at least edited. If it's real, then this guy's an asshole.
If this turns out to be real, what pisses me off more than that he actually hit her, is that he did it in front of the kids, which is infinitely more damaging to them than it is for the woman.

Geez I meant 'leave the situation'... not pack your crap and move to an apartment.

I'm saying that if you can't control the situation, and it's to the point where the woman is swinging, you need to LEAVE the whole thing and walk away. Next room, neighbor, parents, whatever. Take the kids with you.

It doesn't seem real. The dialogue... do people really talk like that? It seemed so stiff and wooden. And that says nothing about how did the video end up online.

I think it's a safe bet that dumbass does not own that house. As soon as the landlord sees the video, he's gone anyhow.

Except the guy was the one that swung. I watched the video several times and I didn't see the woman swinging anywhere. Even the part where he said "you punched me on my F*king face" I've replayed several times.
Meh...someone needs to make a slow-motion version of this vid.

How do you expect to resolve the taking the kids with you part? I found this more interesting than anything else. If one can't resolve to taking the TV and their PlayStation issue, how will they do the kids?

But you're right, I agree with the "leaving the room" part.

Was wondering about that too, unless he felt like he was actually in the right.. He kept saying "you hit me first", maybe thinking when she was trying to fend him off that was justifiable for him to throw a right cross.

Sounds retarded, I know but this guy obviously isn't too bright.

yea more complicated than the title led on, she does smack him weakly but yea he hits her way harder, but still he really hit her that hard she would be on the ground..he's way bigger. still this isn't the kind of domestic violence i was expecting, she had a camera on and might have been instigating him in a f**k you over split up.
