As punishment, they should court mandate her to wash dishes for the restaurant as part of community service. Teach her the value of hard work and just how much she was screwing the staff.

There's this woman at a local popular pizzeria I order take-out from that eats almost an entire meal then says it sucks and won't pay. Owners finally called the cops and had her arrested after the 3rd time, I was there, it was great seeing a low-life getting cuffed up in front of a jammed full place.
