Wolfenstein: The Old Blood - Artefacts

Hi guys,just installed this game on my pc and I've found some strange artifact. No matter what graphic settings I use,whenever I move the mouse,it appears. It's kinda zig-zag style transparent line through whole monitor,I cannot show you,cause it's permanent but appears during movements. I've heard a lot about this game bugs,artifacts and problems,maybe that's the situation.

My RIG is :
R9 390 Nitro
Intel 3570K
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
4TB HDD
256GB SSD
Corsair A70 cooling
Corsair 700 PSU Modular
Be quiet! Case

I played with graphic settings,but nothing helps. For example,I have like 80-90 FPS in Far Cry 4 with 0 artifacts,any ideas ? thanks in advance

i was talking about tearing,so testing various settings with v-sync on helped solving the problem,moderator can close the topic,thanks

Glad you figured it out. I had terrible tearing as well with my 7970 until i turned vsync on. I normally don't use it but this game had some of the worse tearing in any game I have seen. Odd since The New Order didn't have that much tearing and I figured they were on the same engine.

Thanks I think New Order was much much more better optimized
